- Check & cleaning of automatic pool cleaners
- Equipment inspection & monitoring
- Filter cleaning every 3-5 weeks (as needed)
- Proactive algae prevention treatment
- Digital service report with arrival notice, pool status & photos after each visit
- Text/e-mail alerts for any issues found
- Priority response for urgent issues
(Algaecide, phosphate remover and stabilizer billed separately quarterly)

On-demand service for special events as needed
- Extra vacuuming, brushing, shock treatment
- 24 hours before event
OR, IF EVENT IS A STORM:
- Pre-storm: Lower water level, secure equipment
- Post-storm: Debris removal, shock treatment, full cleaning
